I received an email which said that I signed up for a free trial on Apple App Store. The email said that the trial subscription was free for a week, then it would charge me. Of course, I was surprised. Why, because I rarely buy apps on my iPad. I thought someone hacked into my account, but again, I didn't register my credit card in my Apple ID. But I took a deeper look, and find out that it was a... Phishing Email Yup, that's it. Upon closer inspection into that surprising email, I concluded that my account was safe, and that email was nothing but a bluff. But hey, it looked so real. The mail looks so genuine at first. Had I not taken a closer look, I would've already taken the bait, and whoever had had sent the email to me, he/she would've gotten my Apple ID for real. So yes, that's an example of what is mostly

We're moving out... I'm pretty sure by now you know about my translated blog in Indonesia: vectorstate. Well, it's okay if you don't know. I'm moving that domain anyway. On the other hand, if you do know about Vectorstate, please be noted that I'm moving it to a new domain: technoverse.web.id . The new URL will renew the focus of the site back to technology, although occasionally, side stories will be added. The new URL will also strengthen the fact that the particular site is intended for Indonesian readers, as opposed to this blog which targets international readers. Right now, if you're trying to access Vectorstate, you will be automatically redirected to the new site in 5 seconds. A Little More Indeed... Today at 10 p.m. Pacific Time (12a.m. GMT +7), Apple finally gave us the final touch to finish 2012 (or isn't it?). They got a lot of things to announce, starting from the heavily-rumored iPad Mini, a refreshed next-gen 9.7" iPad, 13" Retina MacBook Pro, refreshed Mac Mini, and the new iMac.
